The Nelson County Service Authority provides water and sewer service to several communities in Nelson County, Virginia including Wintergreen Mountain Village, Lovingston, Shipman, Colleen, Schuyler, Gladstone, and Piney River.

New Customer Service Application
If you are a new home owner and need to transfer service into your name, please fill out the New Customer Service Application and send to our office to have service transferred.
We do not charge a deposit when setting up an account. We do charge a non-refundable $25.00 new accounts fee for transferring property, which will show on your first billing.
